Good artist relations is understanding

Our goal with artist relations is four-fold:

  1. To assist both artists and manufacturers build their name and "brand" awareness via endorsements.
  2. To create a better relationship with the dealers through artist endorsement branding.
  3. To quickly raise consumer awareness of a product.
  4. To create a real win-win situation where the artists are treated with integrity, respect, and friendship.

It is not our goal to have musical professionals just endorse manufacturers' products. We create a synergy between the endorsees and your sales and marketing department to boost sales with advertising, press releases, video testimonials, and more. Additionally, if we see an opportunity to assist you in any realm, such as new product development or marketing strategies, we are available to you.

We have thousands of artist contacts and are virtually available 24-7 for them, as well as for our manufacturers.

RANDY FUCHS

Randy Fuchs

Based in Miami, Randy Fuchs is a member of the Audio Engineering Society, a voting member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences, and the Society of Broadcast Engineers.

A former professional musician, recording and live sound industry professional for more than 30 years, Randy founded Crescendo Recorders, a recording studio that appeared on the cover of MIX Magazine. As president of a large music sales rep firm, Crescendo Associates, winning over 60 industry awards, Randy has been a sales and marketing consultant to many music industry manufacturers. Mr. Fuchs leveraged his worldwide artist and manufacturer relationships by creating ARTISTRELATIONS.COM, an artist relations consulting firm. Over the many years in the indsutry, he has built deep relationships with virtually every segment of the recording and touring musicians’ marketplace, including musicians in the alternative, modern rock, classic rock, Latin, jazz, pop, hip hop, rap, country, and metal genres, as well many of the rock icons and/or their staff. Randy routinely works with and assists up and coming bands before they hit the radar screen of the music companies. In addition, he has made extraordinary contacts in the television and film industries to promote MI products on their sets.

Randy plays bass, guitar, keyboards, and is “a really lousy” singer, but is technically proficient with most MI and audio electronics. He has written articles for national magazines, Gig Magazine and dB, and conducted seminars for the Society of Broadcast Engineers. He has consulted in the areas of artist relations, new product development, marcom and sales for dozens of music and pro audio manufacturers. The entire concept for some significant SKU’s such as theDigiTech Talker, and the Deltalab Harmonicomputer came from Randy's creativity.

JESSICA STARR

Jessica Starr

Heading the Orlando office, Jessica’s passion for music and its creation began at a tender age thanks to her mother who encouraged her to listen to various rock albums of the seventies through headphones and only in their entirety. Not only did the music move her but she began to appreciate how the album was made from the lyrics all the way to the cover art. Soon she found herself schooling her peers in the essence of rock-n-roll and realized that the world of music is where she belonged.

A graduate of The University of Miami, where she studied public relations with a minor in music business, her passion for the business side of music has deepened. Jessica’s previous employment was with the Recording Academy, where she is also a member. After work, she spends much of her free time attending various concerts in all musical genres. She enjoys live music because of the connection between the audience and the musicians and has seen over 100 bands well before she started working with Artist Relations.
